Julieta textile for Vallila Interior is named after my sister in-law. Lace from my mother’s collection of vintage doilies is scaled way up to highlight the details. The lace references older, handmade craft which is often passed along female lines from one generation to the next. Here the image of lace is repurposed to merge history and craft with modern interiors.
